The City of Chanute is accepting applications for a Groundman in the Electric Distribution Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to operating chain saw, pole saw, brush chipper, stump grinder, chipping and dragging brush. Backhoe/heavy equipment experience preferred. Possess valid CDL-Class B license. Ability to use and work from bucket truck. Position is physically demanding & requires good physical health and ability to work outside in adverse weather.
